we need to display only Inprogress and completed status in workflow history like.In Running workflows and Completed workflows attachement .

As the workflow status / history pages are system pages, we won't have control on them. And, you might already aware, these workflow instances related info is deleted after 60 days of its creation.
You can try some javascript solutions to hide the table rows on page, but its very hard to inject the script to online pages.

Is there any other way to delete that cancel or failed to start status in the workflow view
