We are using Nintex 2007 and have the need to send notifications with a workflow. We need to add a SharePoint 2007 date field to the subject of a notification that gets sent out from a workflow. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible. You can create a workflow variable named mySubject and then set a string with your subject including the date field you mention , assign the value to your variable and use it on the Notification subject.

I found another way. When you are in the Workflow designer and you're configuring the Notification task, you simply need to click on the Lookup icon beside the Subject field. This lists all the fields in your SharePoint document list including fields like created. Simply select the field and it adds it to the Subject.
