I have a sharepoint/k2 workflow where an activity is assigned to an AD group that has three members. When K2 creates the workflow tasks in Sharepoint, it will list the tasks multiple times for the same person (see attachment). Furthermore, it can take up to twenty minutes for all the tasks to populate in Sharepoint. Usually, it will create one task for one user, then over the course of the next twenty minutes slowly populate more tasks for the rest. This is obviously causing issues/confusion on behalf of the users. To make things worse, in the case where a user is listed multiple times, unless he/she actions the LAST instance of their name in the task list, the process gets stuck "in progress" until they go and action the last instance of their name. Any ideas?
