Audit related Smart object List is not displaying in k2workspace

Hi all,


I created audit report using "Process Instance audit" on my VPC. The same i tried in k2server, the "process Instance audit" smartobject itself is not there.


I am not able to identify any audit related smartobject list(Activity Data Audit, Activity Instance Audit, Process Data Audit, Process Instance Audit) in k2workspace(k2server). but audit related smartobject is displaying in "Smartobject Service Tester" tool in k2server.


why audit related smart object is not displaying in k2 server workspace? the same is displaying in "Smartobject Service Tester tool" and  K2 workspace in VPC. i want to create report using this smartobject. Any idea what is the issue?

Open K2 workspace -> Reports


                               -> Create a Report - > Report Info and Type


                                -> Data source


                                -> You can find all OOB Smart objects in "Workflow General" Folder Under "Workflow Reports" Folder

Please check with Smart object tester ( screenshot is attached) , these SMO's should be published as part on K2 installation..

I already checked with smartobject tester tool. Audit related smart object is displaying over there. but the same is not displaying under "workflow general". this is the exact problem. any idea why it's not displying under "workflow general"?

As Per my observation,


 


Case 1: Workspace does not show Report SMO’s  under Workflow general   WHEN


 


                Workspace - > Reports Tab ->  Public Folder -> Workflow reports -> Workflow general


 


Case 2: Workspace show Report SMO’s  under Workflow general   WHEN


 


 


Workspace - > Reports Tab -> Create a Report - > Report Info and Type


è     Data source


è     You can find all OOB Smart objects in "Workflow General" Folder Under "Workflow Reports" Folder
