Error when using the K2 Menu System

We have been able to successfully deploy the K2 Menu System in our development environment. After deploying to our testing environment we are getting page not found errors after following the same steps we used for configuration in the Dev environment. it appears that the URL is being resolved as HTTP vs. HTTPS. Is there a configuration I'm missing
