combine two list lockup choices into one field on form

List a has Topic / Category &IssueToCover

and List B needs RACI which combines all three as the title. 

I have used a list look up cascade to pick on form.

They work ok, however, I cannot seem to figure out how to combine the answers picked onto the form into the RACI Field (last one below)

Any detailed help please?

Hi,

The formula should be structured like:
parseLookup(named control1)+" "+parseLookup(Named Control2)+" " +parseLookup(Named control3)
