I've been creating variables (Person/Group, where I've added a few colleagues in). I noticed that when I create my variable, let's call it "Owners Group" in Workflow A, it will not appear in Workflow B, C, D, Etc. or any other workflows I need to be in.
Instead I've noticed I have to create the same variable in every workflow I end up working in... Is there any way that I can make these variables I've created in one workflow to show up in other workflows?
Any help would be appreicated, thank you!
FYI: It's about 20+ workflows I'd need to create the same variable in over & over again and looking to see if there's a way to just create it one time.
