Literal option on list view column header controls does not work anymore

The issue has been identified as a bug. Our labs team has logged a TFS Item for the issue.
Resolution
Workaround
Add the HTML to the 'Set a control's properties' action under the 'View Executed Initialize' rule. The control that you would want to set the properties for is the 'Column Name Label' control. You would want to add the HTML to the 'Text' field. Then on the form hide the view and then add the 'Show View' action after the view initializes.
