Hi,
I am trying to use the Convert Document action for the first time. I have it set up so it's available to use in a workflow but when I run the workflow I get the following error: "Error converting document. There is no word services application proxy for this site collection."
Some help would be great!

Hi Lexie,
is your SharePoint installation a SharePoint Server Enterprise? I think it's required to set up a service application of type "Word Automation Services".
Once you have configured it, the action should work.

I'd missed part of the set up. I'd set up Word Automation Services but hadn't applied it to a web application.
