Why Virtual Environment support from k2 is not working?

Hi,

 

I am newbie of k2. I would like to learn k2 blackpearl core. That is why I go and study k2 blackpearl core's course module. And I download the lab guide and do what they said. I can go to virtual machine but cannot download K2 Learning-100.SEA.exe.

 

Anyone can help me. I would like to do Lab exercise.

Is the virtual machine a local or cloud hosted machine? I have had look at the 100.SEA  and states where to download the exe files:


 


Copy the file K2 Learning-100.SEA.exe provided with this learning module to any
location in the Virtual Server environment. You may download the .exe file from the
K2 Learning Module Installers (Download) shortcut on the VPC desktop, or
directly from the following URL:
ftp://K2LearningInstallers:$k2learning!@ftp.k2.com/K2
Learning-100.SEA.exe


 


Is the download shortcut present and have you tried downloading from the ftp site mentioned above?

Thank you for your reply.


I can download k2_Learning-100.SEA file but when I run, show this error "Windows cannot open the program because it has been prevented by a software rescription polocy. For more information, open Event Viewer or contact your system administrator."

 

Please help me. How to solve this error?

I cannot find event viewer in Administrative tool. Administrative tool is empty in visual machine.

I have no idea about this.
