Does anyone know what the "Can I Submit" workflow service is? What does it do, how does it work? I see it when using InfoPath integration.
All I have found in documentation is:
The "Can I Submit workflow Service" and "Get Workflow Task Actions Service" are used to run rules that submit the form to workflow or populate the selected action field with the available Actions for the user task.

Have you managed to find a solution for this yet, I see you haven't had a response for a while.
I have spent a good 20 minutes trying to find some good information on this and haven't found much with the resources at my disposal right now.
