Create a site Workflow wich can send the mail to your users.

Schedule it to run every month...starting from 12/1 for example.

i didnt get you.

could you please provide the steps.

even if i click on site workflow also am redirecting to workflow creation page only.

On this page, create the workfow according to what you want and publish it.

Then, in the same menu that you used for creating, you will see an option "Schedule workflow".

You will be able to define that your new workflow will start on the 12/1 end run again every month until....the date you want.

and one more information i need that is i have to send notification for different different dates

like one user having a due date of 20th nov and one user have a due date for 28th nov.

could you please let me know how can i achieve this?

In this case, instead of scheduling your workflow to run every month, you should run it every day.

The beginning of the workflow would then be to check which ones of the users have a norification for today :

- No one ? --> Stop workflow

- some on them ? --> send notifications then stop

And the workflow will run again the day after....
