I am trying to register an Endpoint Service using REST and im getting an error, is this possible or is its for SOAP calls only?

Which Endpoints service are you using? Endpoints Assembly, Endpoints WCF or Endpoints WebService?
I am pretty sure the WebService is only compatible with SOAP. Try using the WCF one.

Did you end up figuring this out?
I know that this was over a month ago now, but in case anybody else runs into some REST Services issues, I would like to direct them to this documentation.
It may be found in K2 blackpearl 4.6.8 Developer Reference > Services Reference > K2 Services > REST Services
