How do we set work list status as cancelled?  I need to display the status of the work list should be cancelled in K2Workspace.

Can you please provide a little more detail on your process and what exactly you are trying to accomplish with "canceled"?

Thanks for your quick reply.


I do have a requirement, if the process is canceled, it has to stay in user work list for next 20 days with the status 'Canceled' and they can reprocess the process with in 20 days.


Any help appreciated.

Sounds like you should be able to create a client activity that is a result of the "canceled" (its just another result handled by a line rule). Once the process instance goes to the canceled activity you can set that activity to "expire". Develop your workflow that isolates a client activity that will tolerate the "canceled" action (an activity with a single client event) and set that activity to expire after a specific time, then use the "Goto Activity" and have an activity that does any clean up (if necessary).
