Replying to Smartactions not working properly

Hi,

I have a concern about replying to SmartActions. Awhile ago, we had the SmartAction working properly on our system. After 2 weeks of inactivity, replying to SmartAction does nothing.

- We had this working but then after some time its suddenly stop working properly.

- We are still receiving emails of worklist item but replying either configured and standard actions does nothing. No Workflow Actions are processed. No replies are sent stating action is done or unrecognized action is sent. Checking the intended SmartAction email account, the email account are receiving the replies properly.

- Workflow has not been edited at that period. "Make actions even when form is not opened" is enabled.

- Only forms are being edited. Also, had experienced some Form State which are not edited are altered.

Because of the intricacies of working with SmartActions and the possiblity that this is an issue with the parser associated with the emails, I would suggest that you open a support ticket in order to ensure that you get the best help possible.

Did you check the K2 server logs?  Could also try a K2 service restart.
