I have successfully implemented a workflow following this post Write to Documents using the Update document action

Now I'm needing to take this a step further, and create a new document, then populate it with the list data. As it is configured right now, it just updates the template with the latest data.

I have a list (Affiliation Agreement) which contains all of the required information, and the workflow. I have a document library (Affiliation Document) that contains the document template.

The workflow:

Hi Jason,

You can give a different document name in output URL, the above post you are using the same input url,

Create a new variable with full url and the different document name. this will create a new document with the new name.

Like: full url /AffiliationAgreementFilled.docx

I have been trying to get this to work. Nintex does not plugin the list values at all.

Original word document stays the same.

Thanks for any other pointers to check?

In this article Cassy explains that the Content Control Title and Tag must be the same, maybe that's why you're not getting data into the document..?
