I have been trying to find articles and documents on how to actually upgrade workflows from k2.net 2003 to black pearl but no one seems to have the answer.
Is there actually a tool to auto upgrade 2003 to BP or is this a manual process?

At one point there was a tool to try and help with conversion but in the end it didn't really work out (caused more work than manually rebuilding them) since building a process with blackpearl utilizing SmartObjects is typically quite a bit different than with k2.net 2003.
So its a manual process.
