Code Fix: When starting a workflow via the REST service, the folio name in the webservice call saves incorrectly

Issue Description
When you start a K2 Workflow with the Rest Service and you have given the Folio a specific name in the Web Service call, some of the characters are removed from the Folio name.
Cause
When using one of the following characters in the Folio name will result in the folio losing some characters in the name:
_S_
_C_
_U_
_B_
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP25 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP25 to apply the fix.
