I am using "Assign a Flexi Task" task action and what I am trying to do is to send the reminders at 1:00pm and 3:00pm everyday. Is this possible?

Hello Chaithanya,
Can you create a site workflow to get the items from Workflow Tasks list. (In case if you are using custom list for storing the tasks -you need to get the items from that list)
Use Query list action where you need to get the items which are having Status is not equal to Completed. Use collection variable to save these results and loop through it and you can have send email action to customize your notifications.
