Hi,
is it possible to delete old data (e.g. log entries, instances, reports) from the K2 workspace? We have a test system with quite a lot reports and want to clean it up.
Thanks in advance
Regards
Martin

If the processes are still active, you can delete the process and its data by using the K2 service manager. Just 'find' all instances under the process and delete them while checking the delete log entries option.
If the processes have already completed, I am not sure of you can delete the data easily - it should be possible by deleting data from the k2 databases but this may cause problems...

Unfortunately, I discovered that you cannot delete a process on the server once it has been exported. I submitted it as a questionug and they said they were looking it as a possiblity. The latest release, 3.4138.1.0, does not have this either.
I am in the same position as you in regards to test processes. I've started to backup my local DBs after an install and then roll back once my tests are done. Not ideal. :(
