Remote Debugging with VS2010 and Blackpearl 4.5

I am not able to remote debug a process. I've the dev guide and set up the 64 bit remote debugger on our Blackpearl server (Windows 2008 R2)

I've configuered the debugger to run without authentication to take account permissions out of the equation. I read this tip of the day and created the config file:

But it still doesnt work. I can attach to the process (which I've deployed to the server) but it says the symbols are not loaded. My workflow is kicked off by an ASP webform. I've also tried starting the process from the Workspace. My process does run (i get the test emails I've implanted) but it just doesnt hit any of the break points.

I'm running visual studio 2010 from my client PC and attaching to the HostK2Server.exe process on the K2 server. What other configuration could i be missing?
