Update list from another list keeps running on error

Hi All,

I am very new to Nintex workflows, so most probably my situation can be solved pretty easily although unfortunately I do not find the solution.

I am trying to make a List B updated by List A being maintained.

I have created a workflow with a copy action item in List A, which is started when item created, therefore the SAP ID appears in List B. This works fine

(I am using it just for the create item option, as when modifying, it keeps duplicating every change - therefore I've created another workflow, to update)

Then I have created a second workflow, which updates List B when related detailes (based on ID Lookup) are maintained in List A. (workflow starts by modifying item)

Unfortunately the below update item workflow keeps running on error.

Can you please help me with screenshots?
