Is there a way to show the time? shouldn't be there by default?

The screen shot is showing detailed Nintex workflow history and it should show the time.
What build of Nintex workflow are you using?

Hi,
That build is 2 years old and was actually retracted from the download site and replaced with build 3.2.2.10 as it had a major issue.
I suggest upgrading to the latest build to resolve this issue.

I have updated to the latest version but I still don't see the time. Any pointers on where to look?

Strange, Your initial screen shot does not look like the standard Nintex workflow History page. Are you using a custom masterpage? What happens if you use the default masterpage?
