Two more items to add to Upgrading Nintex to Enterprise

I have two more items on my Upgrade to Enterprise Wishlist:

1. Needs to be some way to generate pretty emails with templates. Every email I create is from scratch and the most I can hope for is to add a basic table with a very cramped editor.  Can't reuse this variables don't copy well.
2. People fields need a way to be formatted in Human Readable form without have to resort to set variable for each one of these. It becomes an afterthought when you're creating emails.
