I am having an issue where a user tries to access a form I have available for use and they cannot access the form using multiple browsers. They did have access to this form before and I don't understand why the user is unable to use the form now.

Hello John,
In some instances when users try to access a form online they may come out with an error that will not allow them to access a specific form. The reason for this is most likely due to the browsers cache storing older information from the form and this is relatively easy to fix. One method to try is to clear the cache of the selected browser, closing the browser then re-accessing the form to see if this fixes the issue. Another method, that you did try, is for a user to try is to open another browser and trying to access the form this way.
