Managed metadata usable with rules within NINTEX Forms

Hi all,

I want to use a managed metadata field for a rule within my form.

Unfortunately after naming my managed metadata object within forms it does not appear in my list of named items

My (named) object:

Looking into my formular builder does not reflect my object:

214274_pastedImage_2.png

No "XXXXXXXX" there. Isn't it possible to use managed metadata fields for formulas?

I am talking about SharePoint 2013, with NINTEX online there is no problem!

Hi Michael,

It does seem to be that way. However, you could customize validation in the control's setting (Validation) or act upon its change using custom JavaScript (enable the JavaScript ID name in the control's Advance setting and add the code to the form's Custom JavaScript setting).
