Task Outcome Control does not update List Item.

I am using Nintex forms for my Task Form. I am using the "Decision" control in my form to capture the Approve or Reject outcomes.  When I open the Task Form and click on either button, and click Save, the form closes as expected.  But, the Flexi-Task assigned to the Decision Outcome does not get triggered.  Conversely, when I use Lazy Approval, the Flexi-Task does get triggered.  So, how can I verify if I have the correct control in my Task Form.  Or does this control need to be configured in a certain way?  I can confirm that the Decision Control was obtained from the "Task Columns" Form Controls.

Hi Criss,

It sounds like you need to change your "Save" button to a "Save and Submit", if you do only use a "save" button as indicated. Although, the fact that LazyApproval appears to trigger the workflow into action may argue against that. Save only saves the state of the form, but does not submit it.

What does your Workflow History indicated in either the two scenarios of Form vs Lazy?
