SharePoint 2016
We create new list items from custom code running via Windows Service. Once items are created our workflows do not start (workflows are set to start on creation).
From other posts etc. I recall previously WFs did not start when the System Account creates the items, but recall this was resolved in later versions of SharePoint and Nintex...additionally this worked before.
Can anyone confirm if this IS possible i.e. for workflows to start when
