Hello All,
I have a workflow which is only sending email to users (see the attachment). That email has a link for a form which users need to fill. I want to send a email reminder to all the users that end date of form submission is approaching.
My question is how can I send a reminder to users with only email activity in workflow? I don't see escalation options in email as we see in user task.
Any ideas?

On K2 Studio there are Escalation opions for all activities. But if you dont have them you can use a function on Start Rule option, on each activity.
See attached screenshot: I send an email every 15 days before due date.

Ability to schedule Loops and Workflows in BlackPearl
Basically you can create a View/Form where display exactly what you are looking to send reminders [ NOTE This does not rely or depend on K2 Escalations ] So at all times you cam setup the task and will run.
Whatever exist on the list at that time can be run as loop and sen email notificaitons. is really nice and works great.
