Stop copied list item sending email

I have an approval task: If user chooses 'move', the workflow will copy the item from list A to list B and delete the item in list A. 

The problem is that the item is copied fine, but the workflow sends a request approval notification from list B. I added an action to terminate all workflows in list B. However, it doesn't prevent B from sending approval request.

Hi Icha, does this mean there is also an approval workflow active on list B?

It is a big list.  List B is created with list A template.

In List B manage workflow, I don't see the workflows in List A, but in list B settings, I can see those workflows. 

I deleted those workflows and it works fine now.

Good to see that you've solved the issue! I can imagine that, with creating List B with a template from List A, it also copied the workflows associated with it.
