I have put the K2 worklist on the Sharepoint home page. When I open the SharePoint site, it logs in with the current windows loggin and I can access the task properly from the worklist.
But if I log in as another user within SharePoint and then click on a task in the WorkList, this new window uses the windows login instead of the current login that I have in the SharePoint page.
How can I fix this?

You must should config the sharepoint permissions. And use difficult user log in sharepoint. The changed user function is "welcome ... account", and the name is "sign in as difficult user". Then you can't open another IE, and log in sharepoint site.

What is "difficult user login"? And where do you find that in Sharepoint?

Try using the "Run as" option through Internet Explorer by right clicking on the IE icon. This will simulate you logging in as the other user and will present with that users specific worklist items.
