Hi there,
Seem to be getting the above error when trying to complete a simple work item which is just "Upload Documents" that contains a "Complete" action.
It's the second activity in the workflow after creating a SharePoint Team Site which works perfectly.
Any ideas? I've tried recreating that item, renaming it, putting another activity before it, changing the activity after it to just a mail notification etc.
