I was going thru the nixtext mobile authentication here:
https://community.nintex.com/docs/DOC-1234. My question is when log-in using a
Corporate Account, is it possible to customize the app so that user does not
have to enter all 4 fields ( Username,Password,URL,Domain) every time, instead
they only have to enter the password. Is there a way to use the corporate phone
as a secure device and authentication can be done via only password/PIN?
Hi Arindam Chattopadhyay
user would normally need to sign in once and the app keeps her signed in until she signs out explicitly.
However, We are working on making the sign in experience configurable and easier. Stay tuned.

Hi Vahid,
I'm currently having the opposite issue. On my DEV environment, users no longer see the Nintex Mobile Apps menu item.
Just get the WF menu.
This is the Live Mobile Access screen:
This is an on Prem installation. We run Nintex Forms 2013 version 2.6.0.0
The users that registered prior to this item disappearing are still able to use the mobile forms just fine.
Using the a privileged account (SP_Install) I can see it while in Central Admin but when I navigate to web app, I no longer see it.
CA:
I've disabled and enabled the Live access and bounced the Nintex Live Relay and Nintex Live Workflow services.
The nintexlivecore.wsp is globally deployed
Not sure what else it could be. Could there be an issue with security?
Thank you,
Jan
Hi Jan,
Seems you have done all the right thing to fix the issue but I am not quit sure what the problem is.
Can I please ask you to make sure Nintex Forms is enabled on the site collection and also restart the live relay service.
If the problem still exists, please log a support ticket and we'll investigate the issue.
Thanks,
Vahid
Do i need to have https? Can Nintex mobile app connect to http instead of https ?
Hi Ganesh Lathi,
You can use it with http, however we strongly suggest against it due to security issues.
Cheers,
Hello,
We just created our own custom app, which is based on Corporate account as i build using corporate account type. As you can see below that you can select microsoft account or office 365 as well.
How do i enable the login screen to select different authentication types (corporate account, or microsoft account, or o365)?
TY
Hi bhashwar,
Custom Apps created using our App Building services are limited to one authentication type.
May I please know a bit more about your scenario? I am interested in understanding the requirement for having multiple authentication types for a specific app.
Thanks,
Vahid
Hello Vadim,
I know we can either sign in using live account, corporate account, or o365 account. But we can only deploy (build app) using either one of the authentication method for users to sign in.
It would be great if users could select on the custom app that we build to show all authentication methods in the log in screen.
We have some auditors, and contractors, who are not in our Active directors; so to be called external users. We want those users to be able to choose live account to log in on the log in screen.
We are limited to one mobile app build due to our enterprise licensing, but if there is a way maybe Nintex could push it out on the NME to show multiple authentication on log in even if we build our custom Nintex app with a single licensing, that would be great.
I really appreciate you on looking at this.

Can someone please explain how secure it is to use the Microsoft account /Nintex Live authentication method to login to an intranet (secure internal portal)?
My client have some concerns on how secure it is and is questioning that this might potentially open up a security breach if we use Nintex Mobile using a regular microsoft account to authenticate..
