Destination Users Item Reference Issue

Hi Team

I am struggling on very easy issue.
This is simple workflow developed in 4.6.11 version in K2 studio

 

This workflow get started on item added in SharePoint 2013 .
I have created getdocument reference and give the name to it. Its getting refelectecd in context browser also

Now I want to pull user information from context brwoser, through item reference created above into Destination user.

Its working fine for one or two instances but after that destination users getting blank which throws exception 'cleint event should have at least one destination user', which is as expected.

 

Its not able to pull values from Item Reference.

 

 

i am not sure on this weired issue

 

Please help me on this this issue

Dear , 

Just go get on the same page with u , r u using Sharepoint Groups ? or sharepoint users  for Destinations ?

I am not using any SharePoint groups but users are there as one of lookup columns in the list itself.

 

I am trying to fetch that. 

 

Is there any other woraround ?

Dear Manoj , 

got 2 questions before i make any suggestion , 

1- u want to use sharepoint list to retreive users and use them as destination ?

 

2- is it okie if u add these users into sharepoint group and then use the users as destination ? so the change will be from list , to sharepoint group .

Hi Ahmad 

 

Users information is coming from another list . I am using that as lookup column in my library.

However user will vary for each item which is getting added into the library.

 

Hence I have added lookup column that will dispaly based on the item.

 

My worry point is  K2 provided Item reference  for same perpose . U can play with current item using this.
