Hi All,
I am using Call web service Delegate Task web method to delegate task to System Account, so System Account can complete the pending task. However, I am getting "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error". When I delegate task to normal user, it is working successfully but NOT with System Account. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I fixed the issue, by delegating to non-system account. Of course, it should not be user account. Delegating to System Account is not possible.

Are you able to know which account is running beyond the application pool of the web application?
This one is considered as "system account".

Hi Pierre,
Though Application pool is running under "spapp" account. But, when I logged in with "spfarm" account, I see System Account on top-right corner as username.
