Hi

I have deployed a new version(version 2) of my workflow to the k2 server. It shows up as the new version and also as the default one marked as (*)

In my scenario this workflow kicks off when a new entry is created in my smartobject. On deployment of the new version of my  process the wofklow instance kicked off is still the older version(version 1).

Does anyone have a clue as to why this may be happening.

I am deploying using cmd line ... msbuild <buildfile> /p:Environment=Development

Thanks

Hi there,

As far as I know this is a known issue (and I believe it is by design for some reason which I can't remember the details). When you start a process using a smart object event, it will tie it to a specific process version which means every time you deploy a new version of the process, you will have to re run the smart object mapping and re-deploy. I know it sucks, that is why I prefer to not do it that way until a workaround has been found.

Regards,
