Flexi Task Outcome disappear

Hi,

Did somebody had the same issue when the Flexi Task outcomes start to disappear and the actions below them jump under another outcome?

Now where you see the empty outcomes the actions moved to the left.

Can you try to reduce the zoom level of your browser or even try with a different browser.

Its a very big workflow as you see, so everything is in boxes:

Today I see even one less flexi task outcome as last time...

In Chrome I see the same.

You can use Action Set if you are on Premise and then Minimize it.

Yes the others are minimized, only one is open to show you all the WF with the broken Flexi task.

Any idea why the actions under the outcomes are disappiering and moving to the left?

After I correct it, it starts to broke again..

What happens if you create a new workflow with only the flexi task with the issue.

Do you have the same issue?

Other people have the same issue in our organisation, so we opened a ticket to Nintex to investigate.

I have split the WF to smaller pieces and re-created the flexi task, now its working.
