I'm trying to add a new filter in the K2 Worklist in order to display only the tasks associated to one specific project, but I'm getting the message "Could not save user data. Please check the error logs for more information".
Any ideas please?

Hi,
Did you look at the error logs in C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin? Look for the latest modified file by the name HostServer<date>.log

I did look at it, but I couldn't find any information.

Hi,
Please start the smartobjects services tester. Expand the K2 Generic settings service->Right click on Edit Service Instance. Please check the connection string value.
The error looks like the generic user settings couldnt save the value.

I found out the reason.
My SharePoint page had as the Created by (Owner) the system account. I did create a new page with my user and then add the K2 worklist and I was able to create a filter.
