Is there a way to achieve the following:
I have an Activity and an Email notification and an Default Client Event.
Default Client Event is for a web Page and for completing this web page and one Action is set to complete the work Item.
There are two destination users, manager A and group B. Group B can see the web page but its manager A will needs to complete this web page (its a webform). I have allocated 1 slot only as I only need manager A to action this.
How can I design this Activity so if group B open the work item, it does not change the status. I want it to be available for manager A at all times? Even if Manager A opens the work item, I do not want the status to change as I want group B to be able to open the work item. THe reason why group B needs to have access to this work Item isbecause they are the group who can see the webform data which manager B completes.
Any suggestions is much appreciated.
