"Save As" From word triggers duplicate WF

Hi,


I'm having an issue with a Blackpearl workflow on MOSS 2007 Enterprise.


If I upload a new document to the library, or if I do copy/paste on explorer view, everything goes fine and the workflow runs as expected.


However, having the site collection maped as an external drive, if i do "Save As" from Word 2007 to the explorer view of the same document library, 2 K2 workflow instances are triggered.


I've done a fair bit of SP development, but still quite a noob when it comes to K2. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

Are you starting the workflow when a document is created?  Check to see if SharePoint is firing the Document Created event more than once.  If it is, check the XML properties when the workflow starts to see if there are any values that would allow you to figure out one of them is a duplicate, then have a line rule that ends the workflow on that condition
