I have installed K2 blackpearl 4.5 kb 1040 in a k2 farm environment. the SQL server is clustered on other machines.
I followed the steps thouroughly and everything went well. the problem is that k2 is very slow and the workspace takes very long time to load -compared to a non clustered environment - .
All the servers -k2 and sql - are windows 2008 R2 server SP2.
what went wrong?

My first hunch would be the settings on the load balancer. Make sure the affinty settings are correct. You could also run the K2 service in console mode temporarily to see if there are any messages that indicate problems with authentication.

yes the problem was with kerberos authentication...it is running fast now...thanks a lot for your help.
