There is an error when installing the K2 blackpearl upgrade for 0807 (4.8210.3.0) over the K2 blackpearl 0807 (4.8210.2.450)
the error " K2 BlackPearl 0807 (4.8210.3.0) cannot be used to upgrade an existing k2 blackpearl 08078 installation. Please use K2 black Pearl 0807 Update (4.8210.2.450) KB000540 to update your environment: http://kb.k2workflow.com/articles/kb000450.aspx" appeared .

You are already at update 450. The installer 4.8210.2.450 is the upgrade for existing installations; 4.8210.3.0 is the full installer for new installations.

Yip, that's how I also have it...
Only install update .450 for existing K2BP installations for versions 1 and 2, and install full version 3 if the environment does not contain K2BP yet.

The thing to keep in mind is that 4.8210.2.450 and 4.8210.3.0 are identical code bases; they are just packaged different as they handle different scenarios:
- 450 is used only to upgrade existing 0807 (4.8.210.x) installations. This is an upgrade only install.
- 3.0 is used for everything else (new installations; upgrading pre-0807 installations). This is a full install.
