Workflow status column empty - workflow history status column null

Hi

Having weird sporadic issues whereby the workflow has run against an item but the status column is blank.  If I view workflow history against the item I can see one or more Completed workflows that have run:

When I look at the workflow history diagram I can see all actions are green and processed but the status is blank:

This is really preventing me being able to report on items where the workflow hasn't run!

Has anyone seen this before or know how to fix it?

do you mean multiple instances of the same workflow are triggered on the same event?

if so, add pause action at the very beginning.

Hi Cassy,

I don't know it this could be the case but I've had a similar issue with one of my customer and this was due to low memory available on the SQL server during some particular timing of the day..giving the server more RAM has solved their problem..
