I am building a nintex form for Kindergarten enrolments. They need to choose their Region (ie Bass Strait), what their age group is (3yr old or 4yr old) and then choose the Kindergarten/Session times that a relevant to each Region and Age Group.
Is this possible?

What you will probably want to do is use cascading list lookups, meaning that the value you select in the first drop down will determine the subsequent dropdown list lookup, and so on and so forth down the line until you get to the value that you desire.
