Nintex Live Connection Providers list is empty

Has anyone encountered an error where the drop down menu for creating a Nintex Live connection to a third-party, such as Salesforce or DocuSign, is empty after installing Nintex Live?  I think this could be related to the Nintex Workflow Live Queue Service, but I'm not sure.

This can happen if network connectivity to certain Nintex Live services is blocked at the firewall, but it's unclear what specific service endpoint.
