Exchange Integration Permissions failing analysis despite following steps to add role

Diagnoses

We have performed the command on the exchange server to add the application impersonation role for the k2admin user but it is still giving a configuration analysis warning on that step.

Resolution

Is Windows Powershell 3.0 and WinRM (Windows Remote Management) installed and running on the K2 server? The K2 Configuration Analysis will use these Window tools to communicate with the Exchange Server to retrieve data and check if that permission is in place. As per:

http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/icg/current/webframe.html_Exchange_Integration.html

A good test would be if the installation account being used can connect via Remote Exchange Management Shell from the K2 Server to your Exchange server, as per:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd297932(v=exchg.141).aspx

Alternatively, if the permission had been configured manually and you are able to confirm this configuration via Exchange this warning message can also be safely ignored.
