Hi all, I have created an approval workflow that includes approval by a ‘named’ C.E.O. after their approval there are two confirmation emails sent, one to the Initiator and one to the Initiators Manager (using the referencing options.)
Sequence is as follows:
CEO Approval>Initiator confirmation email>Manager confirmation email
The Manager Email confirmation is placed AFTER the Initiator email in the workflow, I want to make sure that the Initiators Manager gets the email confirmation and NOT the C.E.Os. manager.
Have I chosen the correct sequence?
