Is there a way to measure the time for each activity from its openning till its submit?


Is there a way to measure the time for the whole process from the openning of the first task till the closure of the last one?

Yes.  Have you seen the OOTB reports that show this information?  If you need to access the data directly all of those reports pull data from built-in SmartObjects so you can use the data however you want.
