I have a workflow sending out notifications when a new issue has been logged and am returning a weird string of characters in the subject line of the email. Not sure where these are coming from and would like to remove them if possible as they have no meaning to us internally unless it has something to do with Lazy Approvals?

The random string of characters in the subject line are by design when lazy approval is been used.
