Workflow will not start and has the Initiator as Anonymous in Office 365

How do I remove the Anonymous login as the Initiator of a workflow? I've checked permissions and have not provided access to Anonymous.

With some research I found a few articles that refer to on premise farms, where services can be restarted, however this is an Office 365 SharePoint E3 license.  I've checked the Workflow health and it appears to be running.

Thank you in advance,

Hello Community,

This started working without my intervention yesterday 9/10/2015.

There are now other problems I'm experiencing.

  • Save is disabled at the top of the form.
  • Rules are not working.

Anyone else seeing these problems?

Dottie

Hey Dottie,

I'm experiencing this same issue. Were you able to solve it?
